They did everything that they said they would. Paid the price with no surprise haggling attempted, money went into the account very quickly (within hours). Car collected as planned, Received forward call from the driver for 15 mins notice. All validation and checks were done on the drivers phone, very quick.

Was pretty disappointed to learn that my car required a new engine. Being an Audi, I knew that wasn’t going to be a cheap or quick fix. This was a perfect business transaction, ticking all the boxes for how a model company should operate. I like to pride myself in trying to make good decisions, such as checking reviews and Companies House records. My judgement proved good:
1. Communication by telephone, text and email was prompt and efficient.
2. The valuation was fair and rigid, unlike the many other firms who quoted as much as £10,000 more, only to later drop the price considerably, once the history was known of the vehicle being a repaired Cat S. Even then, such other firms tried to lure one to have to have the car seen, at which stage you would feel sure that the price would drop even further.
3. There was no barrage of pushy sales person phone calls and emails.
4. The agreed price was transferred into the bank account as soon as the car was collected. Given that money is the life blood for business, it is sad that so often one has to waste time, energy and more money in extracting what is rightfully yours.
5. The contractor engaged to do the collection acted professionally and competently.
6. Without hesitation, I would choose Sell The Car again with perfect confidence, should the need arise in the future.
