Once we send you the quotation, we will give you enough time to think the offer through. Once you accept the quotation, we will start processing your details.
After your details are processed, our collection company will call you to arrange a convenient date and time to collect your car. If they can't get hold of you, they will leave you a message or try contacting you later. It is important that you discuss the collection date and time, so please call them back, as soon as you can. We can collect the car from your workplace, home, or an address of your choosing.
What Will You Need on the Collection Day?
On the collection day, you should have the V5C (Logbook) and the car keys ready. Also, if you have any other relevant document, ensure that it is available for our driver. If you do not know all the documents you need, you can talk to our customer service team.
After confirming that you have the V5C (Logbook), our driver will call our office. Our after purchase service team will transfer all your money to your bank account. We will transfer the exact amount of money we had agreed on. You won’t have to worry about any hidden fees or haggling.
